 What is the minimum stay required? Do you offer short stays? Extended stay?

AllCity allows a minimum stay of 7 days or 1 week, depending on availability. Short stays of one week to extended stay of one year or more is allowed in our temporary housing.

Nationwide.  AllCity is based in Jersey City New Jersey, however our network partners nationwide allow us to provide service through-out the United States.

What are included in the rent?

The rent includes a fully furnished apartment with equipped kitchen with the following services:  twice-a-month housekeeping, cable TV, high speed internet, Unlimited Long distance phone usage, Generous Utility Allowance. 

What is the method of payment accepted? 

We accept payments by personal checks, bank transfer and credit cards. .  If you wish to pay Online through your Bank, please go to  Contact Us Menu, then Reach us.  The link to make a secure payment is at the bottom of the page, and there is no fee involved. 

Do you accept pets?  Are there fees involved?

Pets are accepted in most buildings for a fee.   

What is the neighborhood like?

AllCity corporate apartments are located in central areas closed to all transportation hubs to New York City, near all shopping centers, restaurants and movie theaters.

 What is the extension/cancellation policy?

AllCity requires all clients to provide a 15-day notice to vacate.  This 2-week period will allow you to either extend your agreement or give a move-out notice.

Rental extension agreement is required.
